With advanced camera settings, snorkelers and divers have no limits when it comes to taking creative photos and videos. The camera settings Zoom, exposure (EV), auto/manual focus, white balance, color tone, lens selection, RAW+JPEG mode, live photo and background blur can be customized to your liking (for available iPhone models).

The SeaLife SportDiver housing includes the free SportDiver camera app for Android and iOS. The SportDiver app makes it easy to switch between photo and video mode. It utilizes the phone's native camera technology, and features a power-saving mode that temporarily turns off the phone's camera and dims the display; a press of any button instantly wakes it up again

The app playback mode displays photos and videos in full size and vertical thumbnail view to make finding images easy and fast. Videos play automatically when selected, and all files are also saved to the iPhone camera roll. The SportDiver iPhone case automatically connects to the iPhone and the SportDiver app using Bluetooth® Low Energy (LE) 5 wireless technology - no cables or button use required. In addition, the phone and case have extremely low power consumption. The case is powered by two AAA batteries, which have an operating time of over 50 hours

For improved image results and natural underwater colors, the SportDiver Case includes a removable underwater color correction filter. This can be easily attached or removed underwater and has a safety cord to prevent loss. The SportDiver case has triple 1/4-20 tripod mounts which are compatible with all lamps or lamp rails with standard tripod threads, such as all parts of the SeaLife Sea Dragon underwater series

SeaLife also offers a combination with rail and SeaDragon lamp as a set for the SportDiver case, the "SportDiver Pro 2500 Set"

To protect the phone, the SportDiver case has a stable internal retaining spring and several rubber fixing pins that hold the iPhone® securely in the case and provide additional impact protection

It also has "Dual Leak Alarms" - an internal moisture alarm and a vacuum pressure alarm. These alert the diver with display warnings, audio and LED signals if the case pressure drops or moisture and leaks are detected. The sealing flap with a TPE O-ring and a robust cam-lock closure seals the SportDiver housing simply and reliably. To prevent the interior from fogging up due to condensation of residual moisture, the case contains a capsule with the anti-fogging agent "Moisture Muncher"
