The NiSi Advanced Kit II with 150mm filters is designed specifically for photographers who want to get started with filter photography and want a complete set. Combined with a NiSi S6 filter holder (sold separately), which includes a circular polarizing filter, you will form the best equipment for your lens. If your lens has a front thread (up to 82mm), you can use the popular 100mm system, for which we also offer 100mm filter kits.

The addition of Nano®

indicates

the use of a special nano-coating. IR is a coating that blocks infrared light, and therefore prevents the magenta color cast that is often present. While GND8, (0.9) and 3 apertures with three different designations describe the light absorption value of the filter. The dimension is 150x170mm and 2mm thickness. The medium filter has a gradient transition between the light and dark areas that is softer than a hard filter but more pronounced than a soft filter. This GND filter should not be missing in any photographic equipment. The Medium GND filter is very versatile and can be used in most situations to shoot against the sun or away from the sun. It is perfect when objects are slightly above the horizon or even in the mountains.

the use of a special nano-coating. IR is a coating that blocks infrared light, and therefore prevents the magenta color cast that is often present. While GND8, (0.9) and 3 apertures with three different designations describe the light absorption value of the filter. The dimension is 150x170mm and 2mm thickness. The reverse filter has a gradient transition between the light and dark area, which is similar to the GND with hard transition, but the darkest part of the filter is at the transition point, towards the top the filter becomes transparent again. These filters are specially designed for photos at sunrise or sunset, where the light is strongest at the horizon and becomes weaker towards the sky.

NiSi ND64 (1.8) Nano IR 6 apertures 150x150mm

NiSi neutral density (ND) gray filters are the ideal tool to reduce light intensity. By controlling light with ND filters, you have a fourth way to control exposure (in addition to ISO, shutter speed and aperture). The NiSi ND64 6 Stop 150x150mm filter reduces light by 6 stops without changing colors, allowing you to increase shutter speed by 64 times (e.g. from 1/60″ to about 1″ or from 1/2″ to about 30 seconds). The addition of Nano® illustrates the use of a special nano-coating. IR is a coating that blocks infrared light, and therefore prevents the magenta color cast that is often present. While ND64, (1.8) and 6 f-stops with three different designations describe the light absorption value of the filter. The dimension is 150x150mm and 2mm thickness.

NiSi ND1000 (3.0) Nano IR 10 apertures 150x150mm

NiSi “Caddy” Filter Pouch Pro

The caddy bag for 7 150mm filters (4 GND and 3 ND) and one 150mm filter holder (NiSi S6 or Classic Q series) is the perfect accessory to keep your 150mm filters handy when shooting. The material is water resistant and allows you to keep your filters dry in light rain. The zippers are also water resistant. Includes shoulder strap and Velcro closure to attach the bag to your tripod. The design is reinforced in critical areas to provide impact protection and protect the filters.
