The LAOWA 14mm f/4 Zero-D DSLR is a small and lightweight wide-angle lens with 114° angle of view for DSLR cameras with full-frame sensor. It is only 7.3cm long and weighs just 360g. This makes it the ideal companion for full-frame cameras and perfect as an "always-on lens" for landscape, architecture and astrophotography.

Although it is so small and light, no compromises have been made in terms of function, image quality and construction. In the solid metal housing, 13 lenses (2x ED, 2x ASPH.) in 8 groups ensure maximum sharpness and minimum chromatic aberration and reduce distortion to an absolute minimum. The extremely short closest focusing distance of 14.5cm allows creative wide-angle shots with sharpness right into the close-up range. Thus, even smaller objects can be brought into focus with a mini-macro effect.

Thanks to the 5 aperture blades, a beautiful 10-beam reflection results when shooting against the sun or a point light source. Unlike many other wide-angle lenses with large spherical front lenses, this 14mm lens has a smaller front lens and a 67mm filter thread. This allows 67mm screw-in filters to be used.

With the LAOWA 14mm f/4 Zero-D DSLR with Nikon F mount, the aperture is set manually. Thanks to Aperture Coupling, the aperture value set on the aperture ring is transferred mechanically with the help of the driver. Furthermore, the EXIF data is transmitted to the camera body. Focusing is performed manually.
