The Voigtländer 90mm F2.8 APO-Skopar SLII-S is a medium telephoto lens with manual focusing. It has been completely redesigned to use glass with abnormal partial dispersion in five of the seven elements, thus achieving exceptionally high sharpness performance and making images appear rich and three-dimensional. In addition to high image quality, the apochromatic design ensures that axial chromatic aberration is as close to zero as possible.

However, compactness was also a primary consideration during development, and as a result the new Voigtländer 90 mm F2.8 APO-Skopar SLII-S presents itself at only 41 mm in length, weighing only 260 g. Due to its small size, it is very portable and always proves to be a pleasant companion in everyday photography.
Externally, the lens is reminiscent of the masterpieces of the 1960s and 1970s, but inside it convinces with current technology. Thanks to an integrated CPU (compatible with Nikon Ai-S), communication with the camera body is also guaranteed.
