Gallery Frames

Gallery frames are a very special way of displaying pictures on the wall. They offer space for several pictures at the same time, sometimes of different formats and sometimes for pictures with the same dimensions. They come in a wide variety of colours, shapes and compositions. However, they all have one thing in common: it is a nice way to attach several pictures at the same time in a pretty way. They are therefore suitable both as gifts and for your own use in any room. Thanks to the diverse designs, gallery frames can be combined with any interior.

Materials and colours

Gallery frames are available in every colour imaginable - from gaudy and intense neon shades to plain white or elegant black, you will find it all. The frames are also made of different materials. There are frames made of plastic, wood or metal. This way, you can give your interior a final touch and choose a gallery frame that blends in perfectly optically - or becomes an exclusive eye-catcher.

Rectangular formats

Gallery frames in square or rectangular format look orderly and serious. On the one hand, there are models that are provided with a passe-partout. They are particularly suitable for very small pictures, which would hardly come into their own in an equally small picture frame. Thanks to a combination of passepartout and gallery frame, you can combine several pictures in a minimal format. However, there are also gallery frames where several pictures are simply attached according to a predefined pattern. The main format is therefore a square or rectangle, but in this the individual photographs can be found in a wide variety of arrangements - from evenly and uniformly in a row, to a wild collage. At the same time, the formats can all be uniform or vary between the individual pictures.

Uniform gallery frames

These models consist of many individual picture frames that are firmly connected to each other. However, they do not form a uniform geometric shape, but are rather wildly assembled. This type of gallery frame appears much more playful and relaxed than the rectangular models. They are therefore ideal for private use, whether as a gift or for unique family photos. Here, too, there are examples in which all the pictures are the same size, but also models consisting of two or more different formats.

Special gallery frames

In addition to the conventional models, there are also examples that are rather unusual and do not follow any particular shape. Particularly in the case of collages of several picture frames, terms such as "Family" or "Love" are often found as eye-catchers made of wood or plastic in the centre. A wide variety of lettering is possible, but all of it has an extremely decorative character. Another type often used is the gallery frame in combination with a clock. The individual numbers are replaced by picture frames. More and more popular are examples made of a single large frame with one or more ropes with clamps for hanging up the pictures. Gallery frames are also available in other diverse formats, from the LED-lit heart to the gigantic two-metre model for standing up.

Uses of gallery frames

Gallery frames are available for a wide variety of numbers of pictures. Classic and serious versions usually have space for three, four or five pictures. However, there are also examples that can hold 20 or even more pictures. In between, any number is possible.

This type of picture presentation is suitable both in serious office buildings and in the private home. In the business sector, employee portraits or pictures of your own company can be presented particularly well. Rectangular gallery frames with a linear arrangement are best suited for this purpose. For private use, the most playful and unusual examples are possible, depending on your own preferences. These can be placed in any room, whether hallway, children's room, living room or sleeping area. Gallery frames are also great as a gift with great pictures to remember.
