Fujifilm XF100-400mm f/4.5-5.6 R LM OIS WR
The FUJINON XF100-400mm F4.5-5.6 R LM OIS WR from FUJIFILM is a weather sealed super telephoto lens for the X-series mirrorless system cameras
.The ZoomFUJINON XF100-400mm lens covers a focal length range of 152-609mm (equivalent to KB). To achieve the highest possible image quality, the FUJINON XF100-400mm consists of 21 elements in 14 groups including five ED lenses and one Super ED lens. The new XF telephoto Zoom lens delivers excellent and sharp images throughout the Zoom range, with high resolution from the center of the image to the edges.
Because of the lens' effective image stabilization, which gains up to five stops to compensate for camera movement and prevent blurry shots, and its comparatively light weight of less than 1.4 kg, the FUJINON XF100-400mm also excels at freehand shooting. The combination of FUJINON XF100-400mm and FUJIFILM X-T1 weighs less than 2 kilograms and is also very well balanced.
Fast and quiet autofocus
The FUJINON XF100-400mm uses a twin linear motor to provide fast autofocus. The motors also operate very quietly, making the lens ideal when photographing concerts or theater performances.
Fast focusing is also possible thanks to the focus limiting function, which limits the focus range to 5 m - ∞
.Weatherproof
The XF100-400mm has a total of 13 seals against splashing water and dust at 12 points. It is also cold-resistant down to a temperature of minus ten degrees. This means that it can be used in bad weather or difficult climatic conditions without any problems.
The fluorine coating on the front lens element is water-repellent, less susceptible to dirt, and easy to clean
.Lens hood with polarizing filter opening and locking mechanism
The lenshood of the XF100-400m has a sliding window so that a polarizing filter can still be used even if the hood is already attached to the
lens.In addition, a locking mechanism ensures that the lens hood is always securely held on the
lens.
