Terms of use for product reviews
Share your experiences with other hobbyists/photographers: read and write reviews of our products. Honest feedback from practical experience helps other customers, the manufacturers and also us with product selection and maintenance.
When writing your own product reviews, please observe the following rules to ensure the highest possible standard of information:
- Only rate products that you have tested personally and without misuse.
- In your review, state the date of purchase or how long and how often the product has been in use.
- Do not use HTML.
- Write truthfully, precisely and objectively
- Do not copy opinions already published elsewhere, as this is prohibited by law.
Submitted product reviews are usually checked and published within three working days.
By submitting a customer review, you confirm that- You are the sole author of the content and own all copyrights
- You accept the guidelines for ratings
- You are at least 14 years old
- Your information is not false, misleading or inaccurate
- You do not infringe any copyright, trade mark, patent or publication rights
- You do not infringe any third-party data protection rights, other rights or laws
- Your information relates exclusively to the product and not the price or other circumstances relating to the delivery
- Your information does not refer to other offers, products, providers or other contacts or contain such information
- Your information does not contain any spam, advertising or other inappropriate content
- You do not make any discriminatory, immoral, racist or other statements that violate applicable law
- You do not act on behalf of third parties, whether with or without payment
- You do not act for your own benefit
These terms of use apply to participation in the product reviews of FOTO ERHARDT GmbH. Should there be any conflicts with the general terms and conditions or data protection provisions, these terms of use shall take precedence. By submitting your product review, you agree to these terms of use.
You assume full responsibility for your content. You agree to indemnify FOTO ERHARDT GmbH and its current or future partners and representatives for all costs incurred, including legal fees, any damages, consequential damages of any kind, claims and demands arising out of any breach of these Terms of Use.
All transferable rights of use to the submitted reviews shall be transferred to FOTO ERHARDT GMBH. By submitting the review, the author of the review grants FOTO ERHARDT GmbH an exclusive licence to use the review for any purpose, including passing it on to third parties, without any restrictions in terms of time or space. The author's e-mail address will not be passed on to third parties in this context. The name of the author of the review may, but need not, be mentioned. FOTO ERHARDT may shorten, change or not publish submitted reviews or remove them after publication. There is no legal claim to remuneration of any kind.
