DJI Mavic 3 Classic
With strong flight performance and a Hasselblad camera, the Mavic 3 Classic offers the essential features of top-of-the-line camera drones. Take it on any adventure to capture unforgettable shots.
Hasselblad camera, for inspiring works
The legendary Swedish brand Hasselblad designed the L2D-20C aerial camera specifically for the Mavic 3 series, embedding a professional 4/3 CMOS sensor in an incredibly compact body. The rigorous Hasselblad standards are applied to both the hardware and software algorithms, taking image quality to a whole new level.
- 20 MP Effective Pixels
- 12-bit RAW Color Depth
- 12.8 f-stops Native Dynamic Range
- f/2.8 to f/11 Adjustable A
- 24 mm Equivalent Focal Length
- VDAF Vision Detection Auto Focus Technology
Hasselblad Natural Colour Solution (HNCS)
To ensure the Mavic 3 Classic captures natural colors in the same way as other Hasselblad cameras, the L2D-20c lens applies the same rigorous standards and has every pixel of the sensor calibrated with embedded HNCS. Hasselblad's decades of experience deliver vivid, natural color with a simple press of the shutter button, so you can capture breathtaking landscapes or an evening glow without the need for complicated post-processing or color adjustments.
Professional recordings
- 5.1K/50fps: Capture sharper details. Supersampling technology lets you capture 4K/60fps video.
- 4K/120fps :
- Both high resolution and high frame rate effortlessly deliver slow-motion HD video.
- [1] 10-bit
- D-log :
- Delivers natural color gradations with more detail in highlights and shadows, preserved for more flexibility in post-processing.
- HLG: Provides higher dynamic range suitable for a wide range of scenes and delivers footage that does not require color correction in post-production .
- Night Mode: This video mode optimizes footage in low-light scenarios such as sunsets and sunrises, and reduces noise for sharper foot age.
More Flight Time
Compatible with Mavic 3 Series batteries, the Mavic 3 Classic provides 40 minutes of hover time and 46 minutes of flight time. [2] This allows you to spend more time shooting and less time worrying about battery level.
- 40 min hover time
- 46 min flight time
Simplified flight
Omnidirectional obstacle avoidance
When flying, the Mavic 3 Classic continuously detects objects in all directions and flies [3] around them smoothly and quickly. Even beginners can fly confidently and safely, creating perfect shots even in complicated scenarios.
Extreme precision
High-precision, decimeter-level positioning makes the Mavic 3 Classic extremely stable when hovering. This not only ensures clear long exposures, but also helps capture stable time-lapse videos.
Cruise Control
Fly the Mavic 3 Classic in a constant direction without having to constantly press the control sticks. This not only makes long-distance flights easier, but also helps reduce camera shake during manual control for more stable camera movements.
Return
A highlight to end on: improved return. Improved Return allows the Mavic 3 Classic to automatically determine the optimal route back to the starting point and execute it in a timely manner. The Mavic 3 Classic can fly to a specific location and then find a safe and efficient route back to the launch point, combining the benefits of enhanced return and traditional return so you can choose the best option based on your environment.
Powerful Video Transmission
O3+ transmission and more
With a transmission range of up to 15 km [4], you can fly farther and safer with peace of
The O3+ transmission can transmit a 1080p/60fps live feed. [5] This means that the camera view is displayed with specifications that are close to what the camera actually records. This also makes the Mavic 3 Classic more responsive to your controls.

Notes:
- Tested with a production model of the DJI Mavic 3 Classic in an enclosed environment under favorable conditions and an unobstructed radio signal. Actual results may vary depending on environment, usage and firmware version.
** All videos and images shown were taken in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Always comply with applicable laws and regulations when flying.
- ActiveTrack is not available at video resolutions above 4K or frame rates above 60 fps .
- Measured with a Mavic 3 Classic flying at a constant speed of 32.4 km/h in a windless environment at NHN until the battery reaches 0% .
- The data is for reference only. Please pay attention to return warning message in DJI Fly app during flight.
- The aircraft should NOT be used in adverse weather conditions, such as high winds above 12.8 m/s, snow, rain, fog, hail or thunderstorms .
- The aircraft should NOT be flown higher than 6,000 m above sea level. DO NOT fly the aircraft in environments with temperatures below -10 °C or above 40 °C. DO NOT take off from moving objects such as cars or boats. DO NOT fly the aircraft near reflective surfaces such as water or snow. The vision sensors may otherwise be impaired. Fly the aircraft only in environments with good light and visibility conditions if the GNSS signal is weak. Poor lighting conditions may cause the vision sensors to malfunction. DO NOT fly in areas of magnetic interference or radio interference. Common sources of magnetic interference or radio interference include Wi-Fi hotspots, routers, Bluetooth devices, power lines, substations, radar stations, mobile base stations, and transmission towers. Be careful when launching in the desert or on the beach to avoid getting sand into the aircraft. Fly the aircraft in open areas. Buildings, mountains and trees can block the GNSS signal and interfere with the internal compass.
- Measured in an interference-free environment with no obstacles and a maximum flight range of 15 km with FCC compliance .
- The above data shows the farthest communication range for each standard for a flight in one direction, without return flight. Please pay attention to return warning message in DJI Fly app during flight.
- Tested in an open outdoor environment with no interference .
- Actual resolution may vary depending on transmission signal quality.
