Artisan&Artist ACAM-306N camera strap silk navy
Hand-woven camera strap made of pure silk, completely woven through, i.e. without using any other materials inside. The strap is elastic, highly stable and breathable and promises a high wearing comfort. It can also be easily wrapped around the wrist and used as a wrist strap. The strap is also equipped with protective tabs made of Italian leather and attachment to the camera is done with the rings at the end of the loop.
Background information: Originally, the ownership of silk in Japan was reserved for the nobility. Aristocrats wore this cord, called kumihimo, as a belt with their kimonos and the samurais to attach their swords and equipment.
