Rod S to a softbox (at least 34 cm deep) to create hard light, soft light or all nuances in between. Use the Zoom rod with or without a diffuser to achieve the exact look you want. With a diffuser, you get a more even light source that eliminates hotspots without sacrificing performance. Without a diffuser, you have more light output and create specular reflections.
