Designed specifically for demanding digital photographers, the Digital ColorChecker SG target incorporates today's best color reference standards. To expand the color space, each of the 140 color patches has been precisely positioned so that you can create profiles to make the most of all the features and capabilities of your digital cameras and scanners.

The ColorChecker Digital SG target contains the colors from the ColorChecker standard target, many of which represent natural objects such as skin tones, foliage, and blue sky. Additional skin tone reference colors increase accuracy and consistency across a wider range of skin tones, while grayscale provides better camera color balance regardless of light source. Digital ColorChecker SG can also be used for white balance with your digital camera to produce a guaranteed accurate, consistent, neutral white in all lighting conditions.

ColorCheck Digital SG features a unique palette of140 colors: 24 color patches from the ColorChecker original target, 17 grayscale patches, and 14 individual skin tones. Each patch reflects light in the same way as the corresponding real object in all regions of the visible spectrum - under all lighting conditions and in every color rendering process. White balance with your digital camera ensures precise, uniform, neutral white in all lighting conditions.

ColorChecker Digital SG offers the same great benefits as ColorChecker Classic for comparing digital images with real subjects or product photos. However, ColorChecker Digital SG is even better than ColorChecker Classic because it covers a wider color space and optimizes color reproduction.
