The Ilford HP5 plus 400 is characterized by good edge sharpness and high resolution for brilliant enlargements with a wide tonal range. It is ideal for shooting moving subjects, e.g. in sports photography, even in low light ("available light"), but also as an all-round film for everyday use. Thanks to its special properties, it delivers optimum results under almost all lighting conditions and can be processed well with many different developers. Its usable speed can be increased to EI 3200/36 through extended development. This makes HP5 PLUS the ideal film for all shots where, for example, low brightness or fast-moving subjects require maximum film speed
