The Aputure Light Dome Mini III Softbox was developed for professional studio photographers and video makers and serves as a portable solution for traveling and confined spaces, among other things. Thanks to the new, very easy-to-fold design, the Light Dome Mini III can be set up and dismantled as a small softbox within seconds. This saves valuable time on set, which is particularly appreciated by professionals.

Adjust the soft light to your needs with the supplied diffuser and the gold/silver-coloured inner reflector. The 40° Light Control Grid allows you to create more contrast and depth in the image. With its round 32-sided structure, the softbox creates absolutely round and soft reflections. This can create ring-shaped highlights or imitate light sources such as the sun. In addition, the Light Dome Mini III is more stable than its predecessor: the new 16 steel rods are more robust, more durable and retain the desired parabolic shape better.

Just like the other Aputure softboxes, the Light Dome Mini III is equipped with the proven, universal Bowens Mount, which makes it the perfect addition to all modular LED spotlights from Aputure. Unlike conventional rapid softboxes, the rapid mounting ring of the Light Dome Mini III can be folded into a slim, flat profile. This creates more space for other equipment needed on set.
