Reduces the light angle of your Profoto Softbox

All Profoto Softboxes have a recessed front for attaching a honeycomb attachment. The honeycomb attachment reduces the light angle to 50°. In other words, it provides a more directional light and avoids excessive spill light.

By limiting the spread of light, a honeycomb attachment helps to create more contrast in the images, generating a more dramatic, atmospheric look. Reducing unwanted spill light is particularly useful when you want to avoid illuminating the background or surrounding areas.
