Packing all devices appropriately

System cameras, drones, video and smartphone technology have long been used together and form part of the equipment. This means that a pure camera cube is also a thing of the past - or it has to hold the drone kit just as securely as lenses, power banks and cameras. With the completely redesigned Cube series, Peak Design has not only created completely new packing cubes inside and out, but has also added new intermediate sizes that allow you to flexibly combine and transport all of this equipment. Only one thing remains the same: all cubes integrate seamlessly into the Travel Line bags, can be attached with the included C-clips and, together with a Leash, Slide or Slide Lite camera strap, can be transformed into a shoulder bag in a flash.

Pack and organize more conveniently

The more devices, the more important access and organization are. All V2 Camera Cubes have therefore been given a new, larger lid and 360-degree handles. This means you can take the cube out of the rucksack more quickly, have a better grip and stow the contents more easily. Loops for the C-Clips and CordHook eyelets for the Anchor Links of the camera straps are of course integrated.

Better protection with new Waterproof Ultra Zips™ and seams

Of course, the Cube not only wants to organize, but also reliably protect. To this end, it now even features waterproof zippers and taped seams. This combination offers particularly effective protection. The strong inner padding in the lid can also be removed when it is not needed.

Medium: 13 liters - space for camera and video equipment

Equipped with 7 freely configurable folding dividers, the cube also offers space for extensive equipment. For example, Peak Design has equipped it with a GFX medium format camera, three fixed focal lengths and a Zoom lens - in other words, lenses that are even larger than full format lenses. Another option is video equipment with Sony Alpha full format, two fast Zooms as well as a recording device, microphone and spare batteries. Two of the Velcro dividers can be folded to form a shelf. Ideal for making full use of the space - you can even stack smaller fixed focal lengths or accessories in this way. Small items such as lens caps, batteries and cables have also been considered: they can be stored in the floating pocket, a movable mesh compartment. Just like the one-piece units, you can hold it anywhere in the cube - perfect as a pocket for memory cards.

Combinations in the Travel Backpack

With its 45 liters, the Travel Backpack offers enough storage space for several cubes from the system - three units in total. A Small Camera Cube is one unit, Medium Cubes count as two units. The small pouches even fit in addition, so that you can store a Small Camera Cube, a Packing Cube Medium with luggage and a Wash Pouch, for example. The side openings of the Cube match the quick-access openings of the rucksack

Something else has gained priority: saving weight. The renewed Cube series is between 10-15% lighter than the old Cubes. This makes them particularly suitable for backpacking trips. All materials are Fairtrade-certified and 100% recycled.
