The ALTA SKY 51D is a dynamic backpack that sets a new standard for customizable transport and work solutions. With the innovative 1/3-2/3 split, the larger compartment can be opened completely from the back and also has quick access from the side or top, while the smaller compartment can be opened separately from the front-bottom.

The variety of dividers and access options gives you the freedom to choose how much gear and personal items you want to carry. Customize the backpack with its interior layout to suit your workflow and take advantage of the various access options. At most, you can fit 1-2 professional DSLRs with lens attached (up to 70-200mm f/2.8), 3-4 lenses, a flash and accessories, or a drone with all accessories in the top 2/3 compartment if you use the special dual-color dividers for drone use, and a compact system camera (CSC) with additional lens in the bottom 1/3 compartment. If you want to carry less gear, you can easily use the backpack as a regular backpack for everyday use or for a hike - decide which compartment is right for photo gear and which for personal items or hiking gear.

The rear compartment can safely store a 15" laptop; the additional padded sleeve can also fit a tablet. (*Depending on size, only certain laptop/tablet combinations will fit in the backpack at one time). Stow other gear and personal items like memory cards, cables, batteries, chargers, or smartphone right where you need them: either securely in an interior pocket or quickly at hand in an attachment pocket. Enjoy pockets that you can access from inside and outside. Listen to music through our headphone jack that connects via cable to your smartphone in the inside pocket. Avoid mistakes with our easy coded "full"/"empty" media storage. Always have plenty of water with you thanks to two large side pockets for water bottles. Attach or hitch anything you want to it with the numerous straps, webbing, and innovative connectors in various parts of the backpack.
