The Kahles HELIA 42 RF binoculars combine brilliant optics with reliable distance measurement up to 1,500 m on hunting relevant targets (cloven-hoofed game, trees). It impresses with its simple operation and hunting-relevant functions such as scan mode and patented EAC function for angle correction.
With the Helia 42 RF KAHLES presents the optimized successor of the successful Helia RF. The further developed distance measuring technology now allows accurate measurements on hunting relevant targets up to 1500 meters - an increase of 50% - in direct comparison to its predecessor. The lens technology of the Helia Rangefinder binoculars enables bright images with high detail sharpness and natural contrast. The easy-intuitive operation/menu navigation allows the display/switching of the now patented KAHLES EAC function for angle correction, the Long-Range (LR) function for measuring simple targets up to 4,500 meters and additionally also the display of ambient temperature and air pressure.
The Scan Mode, which enables continuous measurement on moving targets, completes the hunting-relevant range of functions, in addition to the high-quality clear OLED display, which now offers an even more precise aiming mark for sighting in on targets. In order to land the most precise hits on angled shots, the even more accurate and patented KAHLES EAC function (Enhanced Angle Compensation) - based on the classic Rifleman's Rule - can be calculated and displayed in addition to the standard rangefinder (linear). While the Rifleman's Rule only calculates the purely mathematical equal plane distance, the EAC function provides a more ballistically relevant basis.
