Rugged, Lightweight & Transportable
The entire body of the new TSN-88 PROMINAR is now 100% magnesium alloy, making it not only more durable, but also lighter than its predecessor.
A fully waterproof and nitrogen-filled housing, along with the Kowa KR coating on the front lens that repels dirt, moisture and dust from the surface, make the spotting scope reassuringly resistant to external influences.

A new dual tripod mount system prevents the spotting scope from slipping or spinning on the tripod base, providing extra stability for long missions. A key advantage for comfortable observing in the field.

The spotting scope features a new, detachable direction finder that can be attached to the accessory ring to help find the subject more quickly. The lens hood also features a redesigned, built-in bearing aid as another visual aid in the field.

KOWA TE-11WZ II 25-60X / 30-70x WIDE ANGLE ZOOMOCULAR

The optical design of Kowa's TE-11WZ II is of a particularly high standard. It is the first Kowa eyepiece to incorporate 2 XD lenses, which limits chromatic aberration in the best possible way. Even at 60 / 70x magnification, the sharpness is still excellent. The exit pupil distance of 17mm remains identical over the entire magnification range. Compared to its predecessor, the TE-10Z, the TE-11WZ II offers an approx. 20% larger field of view.
