The lens on the eye (I think they call...

The lens on the eye (I think they call it the "exit pupil") was larger on the previous model, so you felt you had a larger field of vision, or you didn't have to adjust the lens and the eye distance quite as precisely. In any case, my "old" one (same design, only 5 years older) is more comfortable, especially as I wear glasses. I don't think Steiner has done the customer any favors with the smaller exit pupil. I would have preferred to buy the previous model with the larger exit pupil.
