Crystal clear OLED touchscreens

Want to capture the action of the day? Thanks to the peak brightness of the OLED screen on the back, which now reaches a whopping 1000 nits, you can see everything clearly. With the bright OLED touchscreens on the front and back, you can ensure that every shot has rich colors and high contrast. The screens are now larger and have narrower bezels, increasing the screen-to-body ratio by 16%. [3]

Tempered glass ensures durability and the AF coating ensures that touch operation is responsive even when wet. [4] When "Always On Display" is activated, the shooting time and technical data are displayed on both screens to reduce power consumption. Get important information at a glance without being disturbed by bright lights at night.

Refresh all colors with 10-bit D-log M

The Action 5 Pro's front and rear touchscreens let you preview footage in 10-bit D-log M with color restoration, so you can adjust color and brightness for premium raw footage at a glance. More color depth with 10-bit D-Log M and 10-bit HLG modes. [5] Detailed highlights and shadows add that special something to your shots.

Packed with 40 MP action

Simply press the shutter button to capture stunning shots and crop them safely. Each photo is about four times clearer than the previous generation and has a resolution of 40 megapixels (7294×5472) or 8K (16:9).

155° ultra-wide field of view

Bring more life to every shot with the 155° ultra-wide field of view [6] and capture videos with a dynamic perspective.

4:3 aspect ratio enables all pixels

Now get more creative freedom and cropping flexibility as the maximum video specification has been updated to 4K/120fps in 4:3 aspect ratio with full pixel recording at 4K (3840×2880).

Super slow motion, 32 times!

32x super slow motion makes the WOW effect last longer. The Action 5 Pro's powerful 4nm chip enables frame-by-frame analysis and 4x frame interpolation for up to 32x slow motion; [7] shoots at 1080p/240fps and produces 960fps video in post-production.

From now on, everything is on track

DJI brings subject tracking to the action camera. Action 5 Pro intelligently recognizes the position of the subject and dynamically adjusts the composition. Always keep the subject in the center of the frame when shooting horizontally or vertically. [8]

4 hours of power

A single battery now offers up to four hours of continuous power. [1] Never miss great moments again with 50% more runtime compared to Action 4. Up to 3.6 hours [9] of shooting time is achieved even at low temperatures down to -20 °C.

360° HorizonSteady

HorizonSteady not only effectively reduces camera shake, but also corrects horizontal tilts in a 360° range and effortlessly handles strong bumps and twists. HorizonBalancing corrects horizontal tilts within a range of ±45° and supports video recording at up to 4K/60fps.

Integrated professional water pressure gauge for intelligent recording

With Action 5 Pro, you can check the underwater depth and duration in real time while diving or swimming [11]. You can also add depth data to your footage in the Mimo app. The camera starts or stops recording automatically when you enter or leave the water [12]. This allows you to capture every exciting moment while taking sharp and efficient shots.

Waterproof up to 20 m

The robust and waterproof camera housing extends the water resistance of the Osmo Action in an innovative way. It is also certified to EN13319, the globally recognized standard for diving accessories. Simply switch it on at the touch of a button and dive to a depth of up to 20 meters [13] without additional accessories.

Vivid underwater

Action 5 Pro delivers true-to-life colors with the integrated color temperature sensor. Use the Mimo app's Vivid Underwater feature to capture even clearer and more natural underwater images.

11. To use the 32x super slow motion, a standard 1080p/240fps video must be recorded. After recording, you can apply the slow motion effect with just one tap in the camera's playback user interface.

17. The water pressure gauge is activated at a depth of 1 meter underwater and is only effective when the camera is submerged without a waterproof housing.
18. When the "Auto Record" and "Auto Stop" functions are activated, the camera will automatically start recording at a depth of 1 meter underwater and stop recording when exiting the water.
19. Before use, close the battery compartment cover and USB-C port cover and tighten the glass lens cover. It is recommended to install the waterproof housing for long time shooting underwater or in high water impact pressure environments. Osmo Action 5 Pro and the waterproof housing are IP68 rated.
