Panasonic Lumix DC-S5
The LUMIX S5 combines photo and video to perfection. Together with the new autofocus, the robust magnesium housing and not least its compactness, this makes it the ideal companion for photographers and videographers who don't want to compromise.
The 24 MP full-frame sensor ensures a wide dynamic range and very low-noise image quality thanks to Dual Native ISO technology. Even higher resolutions are possible with the High Resolution mode, which creates detailed images with 96 MP in RAW or JPG.
Another highlight is the internal 5-axis image stabilization, which, in conjunction with lens stabilization, enables an exposure time that is up to 6.5 f-stops longer without blurring.
The improved autofocus uses deep learning technology to detect the eyes, head and body for significantly faster and more precise focusing when taking photos and filming.
Professional video recordings can be realized with max. 4K 60p 4:2:2 10 bit with 14+ f-stops dynamic range in Vlog, HDR, slow motion & fast motion as well as various audio solutions.
Finally, the L-mount bayonet and the alliance with Leica and Sigma guarantees future-proofing and fast lens expansion.

Sigma 24-70mm f2.8 DG DN (A) L-Mount
The second Art Zoom lens that has been specially developed for mirrorless cameras.
Outstanding results can be achieved with a powerful Zoom. With this conviction, SIGMA developed the 14-24mm F2.8 DG DN Art, the first Art Zoom lens specially designed for mirrorless cameras and characterized by extremely high resolution.
The experience in developing lenses for mirrorless cameras has successfully reduced the size and weight of the lens, while achieving a homogeneous and high resolution over the entire focal length range from the center of the image to the edges. In addition, compatibility with the latest mirrorless cameras and their functions allows the lens to be used in a wide range of applications, meeting the high demands of professional photographers and ambitious amateur photographers alike.
Following the 14-24mm F2.8 DG DN Art, the 24-70mm F2.8 DG DN Art is the flagship of the new generation of Art Zoom lenses and the ultimate standard Zoom lens with a large aperture.
Best optical performance in its class
The F2.8 Art product line with its flagship Zoom lenses was primarily developed to achieve outstanding optical performance.
As particularly low dispersion glass, this lens uses six FLD ("F" Low Dispersion) glass elements and two SLD (Special Low Dispersion) glass elements, taking advantage of an optical design for mirrorless camera lenses. Thanks to the use of three aspherical lenses, this lens effectively reduces aberrations such as longitudinal chromatic aberration or sagittal coma, which are difficult to correct in post-processing. It also delivers homogeneous and outstanding resolution over the entire focal length range from the center of the image to the edges.
Compatible with the latest full-frame mirrorless cameras
The SIGMA 24-70mm F2.8 DG DN Art is compatible with various models of the latest full-frame mirrorless cameras with L-mount and Sony E-mount compatible. This means that professional photographers and ambitious amateur photographers alike can achieve top performance in a wide range of photographic applications.
For example, the AFL button can be assigned different functions via the camera menu, which improves operability when taking photos. The use of a stepper motor with the latest algorithm achieves a balanced ratio between acceleration and smoothness of the AF drive. This enables stress-free focusing. In addition, this lens is compatible with the eye-detection AF often used in mirrorless cameras, which enables extremely precise focusing in portrait photography. The Zoom lock mechanism prevents unintentional extension of the lens barrel. An AF/MF switch, which many other SIGMA lenses also have, is also available.
Design that eliminates reflections and ghost images
From the very beginning of the lens design process, susceptibility to reflections and ghosting is studied to achieve an optical design that is resistant to even strong backlighting. The Super Multi-Layer Coating (SML) reduces flare and ghosting and delivers sharp, high-contrast images, even in backlit conditions.
Nano Porous Coating is used in addition to the Super Multi-Layer Coating. In terms of coating, the lens is designed to be less affected by strong incidence of light, such as reflections.
Close focusing distance of 18-38 cm
The closest focusing distance in the wide-angle range is 18 cm. This allows you to get closer to the subject when taking photos than the lens hood allows. The largest reproduction scale is 1:2.9 in the wide-angle range and 1:4.5 in the telephoto range, which allows a greater variety of expressive possibilities for close-ups.
Round aperture
The almost circular aperture consists of 11 diaphragm blades and ensures a very pleasant bokeh outside the focal plane of the image.
Dust and splash protection
Thanks to its dust and splash-proof construction, the lens is suitable for a wide range of applications and environments.
Brass bayonet
The lens is equipped with a solid and precise brass bayonet. The special treatment of the surface to increase strength enables long-lasting use.
Panasonic Lumix S 50mm f1.8 Bulk
The item comes in neutral white outer packaging.
One lens, many shooting possibilities
The LUMIX S 50mm F1.8 is suitable for a wide range of subjects - from portraits to landscapes. It also ensures high-quality video recording by minimizing focus breathing as much as possible. The aperture can be adjusted in extremely small steps, making exposure changes almost infinitely variable - another feature for professional video recordings. The lens weighs only approx. 300g and is so compact that it can easily be taken to any shoot. The robust, dust and splash-proof construction also withstands use in harsh conditions, even at minus 10 degrees.
Sophisticated lens design for the best image quality
The LUMIX S 50mm F1.8 consists of nine lens elements in eight groups, including three aspherical lenses, one ED lens (Extra-Low Dispersion) and one UHR lens (Ultra-High-Refractive Index). The use of three aspherical lenses enables both high imaging performance and an attractive bokeh effect with smooth sharpness/blur transitions. The ED lens in turn effectively suppresses chromatic aberration. Finally, the nine circular aperture blades ensure a particularly round image of point light sources.
Flexible focal length for breathtakingly beautiful shots
The 50 mm lens with F1.8 of the LUMIX S series impresses with its outstanding mobility and attractive bokeh. As an all-round focal length, it is recommended for everything from landscape shots to portraits. In combination with a LUMIX S series camera, you can use the focus ring to make high-precision focus settings - also ideal for video recordings.
Dust-, splash- and frost-resistant construction
The LUMIX 50 mm lens with F1.8 is designed for shooting in the toughest conditions thanks to its dust and splash-proof construction and can also be used in freezing temperatures down to -10 °C.
・Dust and splash proof does not guarantee that no damage will occur if the lens comes into direct contact with dust or water.
Optical structure of the S-S50
The optimized configuration consists of nine elements in eight groups, including three aspherical, plus one ED and one UHR lens to minimize aberrations and ensure high resolution.
S-S50 MTF diagram
With its outstanding sharpness and resolution from the center to the edges of the image, this lens is ideal for the LUMIX full-frame system and offers creative possibilities without compromise.
For lenses where distortion can be compensated, the horizontal axis shows the distance of the respective measuring point of the curve from the center of the image.
