Fast HLA linear actuator

The HLA motor (High-Response Linear Actuator) of the SIGMA 28-45mm F1.8 DG DN Art combines high focusing speed with maximum precision. Thanks to its virtually silent operation, it is barely audible even when shooting video.

Precise and convenient manual focusing

Precise and sensitive manual focusing is extremely important when filming. Precise manual focusing is also very important in photography. The optimum torque of the focus ring in combination with the adjustable angle of rotation* between 90° and 720° offers the best possible support here.

Aperture ring with "de-click function"

Many demanding users appreciate the ability to set the aperture directly on the aperture ring of the lens. The SIGMA 28-45mm F1.8 DG DN Art therefore offers an aperture ring.
