Fujifilm X-T50
The FUJIFILM X-T50 offers photographers a handy yet powerful tool. It is equipped with the advanced X-Processor 5 and the same high-resolution image sensor found in the top-of-the-range X-series models. Thanks to its intuitive operating concept, the X-T50 is the perfect choice for photographers of all experience levels who want to capture high-quality images without encountering complexity.
The X-T50 features a high-resolution 40.2 megapixel X-Trans CMOS 5 HR sensor, an X-Processor 5 *1 and five-axis image stabilization with up to seven stops *2. Despite these advanced features, it weighs only approx. 438 grams *3, making it one of the lightest models in the X series.
High image quality
An advanced algorithm works in conjunction with the back-illuminated 40.2 megapixel X-Trans CMOS 5 HR sensor to ensure fast image processing with high detail sharpness and improved noise performance. The pixel structure has been optimized so that more light reaches the sensor and a standard sensitivity of ISO 125 is achieved, which was previously only available as an extended sensitivity.

The X-T50's electronic shutter allows ultra-fast shutter speeds of up to 1/180,000 of a second, enabling very precise exposure control. Even on bright days, you can shoot with fast lenses at open aperture to achieve attractive focus effects. The autofocus system of the X-T50 offers object-oriented subject recognition based on artificial intelligence. The algorithm, developed using deep learning technology, not only recognizes and tracks people's faces and eyes, but also reliably keeps animals, birds, cars, motorcycles, bicycles, planes, trains, insects and drones *5 in focus.
The X-T50 has 20 film simulations, including "REALA ACE" for natural color reproduction and high-contrast tonality. This means that numerous image styles are available, which can be selected to suit the respective scene, similar to analog films.
The camera also offers a digital teleconverter *6, which utilizes the high resolution of the 40.2 megapixel sensor to enlarge the subject by 1.4 or 2.0 times at the touch of a button.
Advanced shooting functions
The internal five-axis image stabilizer allows exposure times of up to seven f-stops longer. Even in very low light, for example in the evening or at night, you can take sharp pictures freehand.
Videos can be recorded with the X-T50 in 6.2K quality at 30 frames per second. The tracking AF follows dynamic objects during filming and keeps them reliably in focus
In AUTO mode, the camera automatically recognizes the subject and automatically selects the optimum shooting settings. Moving objects remain in focus without the photographer's intervention, making it easier to take photos and movies. The mode can be activated at any time using a selection switch on the top of the camera housing.
Modern product design
The design of the camera housing has been further developed and optimized in several ways. Rounded edges and a redesigned handle ensure comfortable and uncomplicated handling
.The film simulation dial on the top of the camera is a new
feature. This can be used to intuitively switch between the different film simulation modes depending on the subject or scene, both when taking photos and filming.
The camera has a built-in flash unit. The brightness of the flash automatically adjusts to the respective subject. Dark scenes or backlit portraits are optimally illuminated
.The foldable LCD monitor with 1.84 million pixels offers a precise preview and makes it easier to take photos from unusual angles
. Theshape of the handgrip and the arrangement of the rear controls have been redesigned to make shooting and filming even more comfortable.

Fujifilm XF 23mm F1.4 R LM WR
Latest generation wide-angle lens: the FUJINON XF23mmF1.4 R LM WR with high resolution and fast autofocus
With the FUJINON XF23mmF1.4 R LM WR, FUJIFILM presents an update of its popular fast wide-angle fixed focal length for the mirrorless system cameras of the X series. Like its two sister lenses FUJINON XF18mmF1.4 R LM WR and FUJINON XF33mmF1.4 R LM WR, it belongs to a new generation of lenses that have been developed with a view to future camera sensors with even higher resolution. The
high speed of the XF23mmF1.4 R LM WR offers additional flexibility in difficult lighting conditions and also enables images with an exceptionally beautiful bokeh
.With the aperture fully open, the main subject is sharply depicted in front of an attractively blurred background, with the nine aperture blades providing the characteristic round out-of-focus points from F1.4
. Theharmonious sharpness/blur effect creates a very three-dimensional image effect
.The universal wide-angle focal length of 23 mm (equivalent to 35 mm KB) is suitable for a wide range of shooting situations, from reportage to landscape and portrait photography. Regardless of the subject, the lightning-fast and precise autofocus always focuses quickly on the subject in up to 0.04 seconds*
.Despite its sophisticated features, the fast XF23mmF1.4 R LM WR is easy and comfortable to handle. It weighs only around 375 grams and is 77.8 mm long with a filter diameter of 58 mm. A robust housing and a splash and dust-proof construction complete the lens
.High resolution from aperture F1.4
The optical construction of the XF23mmF1.4 R LM WR comprises 15 elements in ten groups. Two aspherical lenses and three ED glass elements effectively minimize chromatic and spherical aberrations. Even at an aperture of F1.4, a consistently high resolution is achieved across the entire image area, regardless of the shooting distance. The key to this is an aspherical lens and an additional optical element, which together ensure consistently high imaging performance from the shortest focusing distance to "infinity" (∞).
High speed and attractive bokeh
The large aperture of F1.4 allows sharp and noise-free images even in poor lighting conditions, for example indoors or after dark. Even at F1.4, the lens offers a precise depth of field and a velvety soft bokeh effect free of color casts. The result is an almost three-dimensional image effect. The details of the main subject contrast attractively with the softly blurred background. Nine aperture blades ensure almost circular out-of-focus points even at the widest possible aperture.
Popular wide-angle focal length with a wide range of applications
The XF23mmF1.4 R LM WR offers a popular and universal focal length of 35 mm (KB equivalent). The shortest focusing distance is 19 cm, with a maximum magnification of 0.2. Compared to the previous model, the lens is therefore even more suitable for close-ups with an increased depth effect: while the main subject can be seen close up in the foreground, a larger image section is captured in the background. In practice, there is more creative leeway, as the spatial relationship between objects in the foreground and background can be influenced to a greater extent thanks to a larger selection of possible perspectives.
Fast, precise and silent autofocus
The wide-angle lens has internal focusing, in which the light focus group is brought precisely and silently into the desired position by a linear motor. The autofocus quickly focuses on the subject in up to 0.04 seconds* so that the exposure is always taken at the decisive moment. When shooting moving subjects in AF-C mode, the focus literally sticks to the main subject. This guarantees sharp images even in dynamic situations
.A typical problem with conventional photo lenses is that small changes in the image section occur when focusing, which can be distracting when recording video. This is not the case with the XF23mmF1.4: regardless of the shooting distance, the imaging performance of the lens remains consistently high from the shortest focusing distance to "infinity" (∞). At 0.011 %, the so-called focus breathing is so low that the lens is also suitable for demanding moving image photography
.Focusing with sensitivity
Thesetting accuracy of the focus ring has been improved. This makes it easier to focus manually with a shallow depth of field. An optimized gear ratio ensures that the focus is adjusted absolutely evenly, even with minimal effort. The focus ring also has a revised knurling, the grooves of which are now easier to clean.
Compact, lightweight and weatherproof housing
Witha weight of just 375 grams, a length of just 77.8 mm and a filter size of 58 mm, the XF23mmF1.4 R LM WR is extremely handy. The slim design was achieved by a focus group with a small lens diameter and a space-saving arrangement of the AF linear motor
.The lens is sealed against moisture and dust in nine places and can be used without restriction down to minus 10 degrees Celsius. This means that you can take pictures even in wind, rain and freezing cold. The aperture ring can be secured with an automatic locking mechanism (A Position Lock) to prevent accidental adjustment of the shooting parameters
