Nikon Z50II body

Equipped with the powerful EXPEED 7 image processor, which is also used in the top-of-the-range Z9 model, and Nikon's own deep learning technology, the mirrorless Nikon Z50II enables effortless photography and filming. The camera automatically recognizes nine different subjects and accurately tracks even fast, unexpected movements. The Z50II's electronic viewfinder (EVF) is the brightest in its class *1 and enhances the fun of shooting. Designed with practicality in mind, this bright EVF provides a clear, detailed view even in bright sunlight, dark environments or changing light conditions.

Among the creative features that make this camera particularly attractive to content creators are the easy-to-use Picture Control settings. This allows photos and videos to be designed directly in the camera. Users also have free access to the Nikon Imaging Cloud, where exclusive image styles and color presets can be downloaded directly to the camera. A special button on the Nikon Z50II allows direct access to the Picture Control settings: Effects are visible in real time, and switching between different presets while shooting is effortless

. For video, the Z50II is the first Nikon Z camera to offer a special mode for product presentations - ideal for vlogging, as the focus changes smoothly to objects shown in the foreground. This camera is also the first Z camera with a video self-timer that allows a delay before recording begins. Vloggers and video streamers also only need one cable to connect the Z50II directly to a smart device and stream live on the platform of their choice.

  • Picture Control configuration: Dedicated button for Picture Control presets.
  • Easily create the look of photos and videos directly in the camera while shooting.
  • Creative inspiration with the Nikon
  • Imaging Cloud: Exclusive imaging recipes and color presets can be downloaded directly to the Z50II for free.
  • Outstanding detail in low light: Native ISO values up to 51,200 for photos and 25,600 for videos.
  • EXPEED 7 ensures clearer reproduction and more detail at high ISO sensitivity.
  • Rich 4K video:
  • 4K UHD/30p recording (oversampling from 5.6K) or fast action with 4K/60p video in crop mode.
  • Bright, high-resolution electronic viewfinder: At 1000 cd/m2, the electronic viewfinder is about twice as bright as the EVF on the previous model (the Z50)
  • . Tilt and rotate 3.2-inch touchscreen: Provides a clear view from any angle and is front-facing to make vlogging easier.
  • Touch to position focus, change settings and more.
  • Intelligent autofocus: Reliably detects 9 types of subjects (people, dogs, cats, birds, planes, cars, motorcycles, bicycles and trains).
  • Advanced AF-A mode: Detects even the slightest movement and switches from AF-S (for still subjects) to AF-C (for moving subjects) when required.
  • Up to 30 fps with Pre-Release Capture: When shooting in High-Speed Frame Capture+ (C30) release mode, the camera captures images up to one second before the shutter release button is fully pressed.
  • Product review mode in video:
  • The focus is seamlessly shifted to the items presented in the foreground of the video.
  • hi-res Zoom: Digital Zooming without loss of image quality when recording videos with a NIKKOR-Z lens.
  • *2
  • Electronic Image Stabilizer: For smoother freehand shooting when recording videos with a NIKKOR-Z lens
  • .Better sound: Equipped with a 3.5 mm jack each for an external stereo microphone and a headphone jack.

*1 Among APS-C/DX format mirrorless cameras (as of 07 November 2024). Based on research by Nikon.

*2 Hi-Res Zoom (High-Resolution Digital Zoom) is available when the following crops and frame rates are selected in the video recording menu: 1920x1080 at 30p, 1920x1080 at 25p, or 1920x1080 at 24p.

Nikon Nikkor Z DX 18-140mm f3.5-6.3 VR

Razor sharp. Rock solid. Light enough to take anywhere. The outstanding optics, both wide-angle and close-up, ensure that it can be used in any photographic scenario - from sweeping landscapes to artistic portraits. This makes the advanced DX lens the ideal travel companion, while

the built-in image stabilizer counteracts camera shake and allows you to shoot with longer exposure times. The result is sharp and blur-free images even in low light conditions - for indoor shots as well as night shots.

The Nikkor Z DX 18-140 mm 1:3.5-6.3 VR also supports sharp and smooth video recordings, enhancing its status as an all-round lens. The autofocus is fast and works superbly with the eye AF of Z cameras to keep focus exactly where it's needed.

New angles of view

Thanks to the powerful 7.8xZoom, you'll be there anytime, anywhere. Bring in the ruins when you can't cross the river. Experiment with compression and bokeh when taking portraits of children at play.

A steady hand

Whether you're taking photos or movies, the image stabilizer built into the lens ensures sharp shots. With up to 5 stops longer exposure time without blurring. Enjoy razor-sharp shots in low light and shake-free hand-held videos.

A joyride or adventure in the distance

Creative snapshots. Beautiful movies. Weighing just 315 g, this lens is as compact and light as it is powerful. It is sealed against dust and splash water and can also withstand a little rain on your adventures.¹

Get closer

Whether in the city or in the wilderness - with the incredible close focusing distance of just 0.20 m in the wide-angle position, you can capture close subjects in front of large backgrounds. In the telephoto position, the close focusing distance of 0.40 m allows fascinating detailed studies.

Simple operation

You can record videos or photos, customize the controls and easily define your preferred settings. You can assign ISO, aperture, exposure compensation or manual focus to the knurled adjustment ring, which moves smoothly, quietly and precisely.
