Tamron 35-150mm f2.0-2.8 Di III VXD Nikon Z
The 35-150mm F2-2.8 lens covers the frequently used focal length range from classic wide-angle to longer telephoto and is the ideal choice for both travel and portrait photography. It is the first Zoom lens from Tamron with a speed of F2.0-2.8 for cameras with a Nikon Z bayonet. While the 35mm focal length is particularly suitable for shooting wide panoramas and large buildings, the 150mm telephoto lens can also be used for dynamic close-ups
.World's first Zoom lens with F2-2.8 aperture
The 35-150mm F2-2.8 offers a speed of F2 at an initial focal length of 35 mm and therefore a larger aperture than conventional fast Zoom lenses, whose maximum aperture is F2.8. In the wide-angle range, the 35-150mm F2-2.8 therefore enables a more pronounced, more attractive bokeh effect. The high speed of F2 also allows the selection of faster shutter speeds and low ISO settings to prevent blurring and image noise
.Versatile focal length range from 35mm wide-angle to 150mm telephoto
Theuniversal Zoom range of the 35-150mm F2-2.8 is ideal for travel and portrait photography. The range between 35 mm and 50 mm is particularly suitable for landscape and street photography, while 85 mm as a light telephoto focal length is ideal for portraits and close-ups. With 150 mm, even distant objects can be brought into the picture. The convenient Zoomring enables a quick change of focal length between wide-angle and telephoto without having to take the camera away from the eye or interrupt the shot
.Outstanding imaging performance over the entire Zoom range
The optical construction of the 35-150mm F2-2.8 includes four LD (Low Dispersion) and three GM (Glass Molded Aspherical) lens elements, which guarantee excellent image quality over the entire focal length range. Even in conjunction with ultra-high-resolution camera sensors, a consistently high imaging performance is achieved from the optical center to the edge of the image. This is complemented by a harmonious bokeh effect that can only be achieved with very large apertures. The universal focal length range enables a wide range of creative expression and combines six classic fixed focal lengths in one lens 35 mm, 50 mm (normal or standard focal length), 85 mm (medium telephoto, "portrait lens"), 100 mm, 135 mm and 150 mm (telephoto) as well as all focal lengths in between
.Fast and silent VXD autofocus for precise focusing
The VXD autofocus of the 35-150mm F2-2.8 is based on a powerful linear motor that focuses on the selected image area with maximum precision, even at large apertures and regardless of the shooting distance. Even when tracking moving objects, the fast-reacting VXD technology ensures reliable focus tracking. As the AF motor works almost silently, the 35-150mm F2.-2.8 is also the ideal choice for photo and video recordings in situations where silence is required
.Short close-up distance for versatile applications
Theminimum focusing distance of the 35-150mm F2-2.8 allows you to concentrate fully on the subject without having to worry about the shooting distance. At the 35mm position, the shortest focusing distance is only 0.33 m and a maximum reproduction scale of 1:5.7 is achieved. This enables image compositions with an expressive depth effect, as the large aperture of F2 blurs the background into an attractive blur even in wide-angle shots, while details of the main subject are reproduced in razor-sharp detail
.Compatible with the TAMRON Lens UtilityTM for advanced photo and video functions
The 35-150mm F2-2.8 is compatible with the TAMRON Lens Utility, which can be used to expand photographic expression. The software developed by TAMRON makes it possible, among other things, to update the lens firmware without the camera and to use various focus functions for technically advanced photo and video recordings
.With the A-B focus, for example, the user can limit the focus to two preset focus points and move the focus from one image area to another using the focus button on the lens. Furthermore, in manual focus mode (MF), the user can choose between linear and non-linear focusing, which affects the way the focus shifts during focusing
