The LEICA DG SUMMILUX F1.7/15mm Asph. allows for outstandingly detailed shots and offers shallow depth of field for image composition thanks to an F1.7 open aperture. The lens, certified by LEICA, guarantees excellent image quality while maintaining a compact and lightweight design.

The lens consists of nine lenses in seven groups, including three aspherical elements. The aspherical lenses effectively suppress spherical aberration and distortion while enabling a more compact lens design. The Panasonic Nano Surface Coating minimizes reflections in the entire visible light range (380 to 780nm).
