Sony Alpha ILCE-6400
With the Sony Alpha 6400, there are no longer any limits to your creative imagination. The Alpha 6400 impresses with its high performance and advanced features such as AI-based AF with real-time eye detection, high-precision real-time tracking, high-speed continuous shooting and 4K HDR (HLG) video recording.
The Sony Alpha 6400 impresses with its first-class image quality, a new autofocus, 4K video and up to eleven continuous shots per second.
425 phase detection autofocus points
The high focus point density covers around 84% of the image area, making it easier to capture the subject.
Continuous shooting with AF/AE at up to 11 frames per second
Thanks to the fast internal processing and large buffer memory, you won't miss a thing. Capture moments with minimal display delay at 11 frames per second in After View and 8 frames per second in Live View and continuous shooting with up to 116 JPEG (standard) or 46 compressed RAW shots.
Quiet continuous shooting at up to 8 frames per second
If absolute silence is required when taking pictures, you can shoot at up to 8 frames per second without any noise - with AF/AE tracking activated, even in AF-C mode, with AF with eye detection in real time or real-time tracking. This opens up new creative possibilities.
The newly introduced AI-based subject recognition technology processes a wealth of data and can even recognize and track fast-moving subjects.
Precise eye detection
The optimized AF with real-time eye detection reliably detects human faces and focuses precisely on the eyes - without any special settings, simply by pressing the shutter button.
Continuous eye tracking
When AF-C is activated, AF with eye detection reliably focuses on moving images in real time - even if part of the face is obscured, backlit or looking down.
Select the left or right eye of your subject
Select "Left Eye", "Right Eye" or "Auto" before shooting so you can focus on the composition. Assign buttons to customize these options so you can switch quickly while shooting.
Reliable focusing with real-time tracking
Keeping subjects reliably in focus at sporting events and other moving images can make or break your ability to capture an important, dramatic moment.
Focusing through new subject detection algorithm
A newly developed subject detection algorithm processes spatial color, distance (depth), pattern (brightness), face and eye information in real time and at high speed.
Eye tracking and seamless transitions
The tracking system captures the entire body of a person in motion from a greater distance. The focus area switches seamlessly between the face and eyes depending on the subject conditions.
Simple touch tracking
If touch tracking is configured in the menu, you can select the subject simply by touching the monitor. The camera then tracks the subject automatically when taking photos or filming.
Thanks to the large sensor and the modern image processor, you can take ultra-sharp pictures of any subject in natural colors - even in difficult lighting conditions.
24.2 megapixel sensor and optimized image processor
The APS-C sensor is equipped with copper wires and optimized circuit processing to improve light capture. In combination with the image processor, you achieve a high image resolution and a natural reproduction of structures.
Sharp images even in low light
Noise reduction enables sharper images even when shooting with high sensitivity in the dark. The basic ISO sensitivity has been increased to ISO 32000 (with an extended ISO sensitivity up to ISO 102400 for photo shoots). This allows you to achieve good results in the frequently used medium to high sensitivity range.
Natural-looking, realistic images
Image processing algorithms similar to those used in full-frame cameras now enable more natural color reproduction. Skin tones and plant colors appear more natural.
Full pixel readout without pixel binning, high-resolution 4K video recordings, HDR (HLG) and S-Log/S-Gamut as well as slow motion and time-lapse recordings: The α6400 offers a wide range of functions that expand your creative possibilities when filming.
Time-lapse movies
The camera includes a newly introduced interval shooting function, i.e. continuous shooting with an interruption of between 1 and 60 seconds between photo shots. This can be used to create time-lapse movies on a PC using the Viewer app, which is part of the Imaging EdgeTM desktop applications.
Practical vlog functions
For vlog recordings, the 180-degree swivel LCD display is useful for selecting the image section. In addition to the socket for an external microphone, an optional XLR adapter (sold separately) can also be used for the audio track, allowing the use of professional microphones for higher audio quality.
The 3.0-inch LC display, which can be tilted 180 degrees, not only shows the subject in front of you, but also makes a range of camera functions accessible via intuitive touch functions.
Seamless focus area selection via touchpad
The touchpad function allows you to move the focus seamlessly while looking through the viewfinder. Simply drag your finger across the monitor to the point you want to focus on.
Touch focus and touch shutter
Touch focus allows you to change the focus position simply by touching the monitor and even move it to the edge of the image. And with the touch shutter, you can focus and release the shutter with just one touch.
Activation of real-time tracking via touch tracking
With the touch tracking function, you simply touch the monitor to activate real-time tracking for photo or video recordings. The camera then immediately focuses permanently on the subject.
Sony E PZ 16 - 50 mm F3.5 - 5.6 OSS (SELP1650)
Compact, lightweight lens with fluid, powerful Zoom
The lens you can take anywhere - Thanks to its slim, compact design that retracts to 29.9 mm, it's great for on the go.
Effortless Zooming - It's the first E-lens with electric Zoom and offers smooth, quiet operation - ideal for video shooting.
Shoot without noise even in low light - The constant maximum aperture of F4 enables fast shutter speeds without the need to increase ISO sensitivity unnecessarily.
Immediately ready for use - As soon as the camera is switched on, the lens is extended and ready for use.
Flexibility and control - In AF (autofocus) mode, the dual function control ring controls the Zoom, in MF (manual focus) mode it allows manual control.
Performance like a large lens - ED (Extra-low Dispersion) glass and four aspherical lens elements ensure precise, distortion-free images.
Beautiful blur effects - Thanks to the circular aperture, you can achieve attractive blur effects in the foreground and background.
Built-in image stabilization - Optical SteadyShot not only reduces camera shake when shooting handheld, but also improves low-light performance.
Tamron 70-300mm f4.5-6.3 Di III RXD E-Mount
The 70-300mm F/4.5-6.3 is Tamron's first telephoto Zoom lens with a 300mm focal length for mirrorless system cameras with a full-frame sensor.
During development, the engineers aimed to make telephoto photography an effortless pleasure for everyone. The new telephoto Zoom lens not only offers exceptionally high image quality, but with a length of 148 mm, a diameter of 77 mm and a weight of just 545 g, it is the world's most compact and lightest 70 -300mm Zoom lens in its class.
The optical design guarantees high resolution performance, and high-precision special lenses ensure correction of chromatic aberrations and other optical aberrations. Regardless of the focal length selected, the images are remarkably brilliant and sharp. The 70-300mm F/4.5-6.3 makes it easier than ever to zoom in on distant subjects.
The long focal length is not only suitable for sports, wildlife and nature photography, but also provides a flattering perspective for portrait and street photography. In combination with the advanced camera functions of Sony, the fast RXD autofocus ensures sharp telephoto shots even in dynamic situations.
