NiSi NC Macro Close-Up Lens 77/72/67mm (Series II)
With the 77mm NiSi NC Macro Close-Up L ens you can increase the multiplication factor of your lens. Thanks to this lens, you can turn your telephoto lens into a macro lens with a magnification of up to 1: 1 (or more!).
We recommend using the 77mm Macro Close-Up Lens with lenses with focal lengths between 70 and 200mm. So any lens that has (even partially) these focal lengths will work well. The close-up lens works perfectly with 70-200mm f/2.8 or f/4 lenses and also with 70-300mm, 18-105mm, 24-105, 100-400 and so on. The best performance is between 70mm and 200mm. You can experiment with other focal lengths and you will always be surprised by the sharpness of NiSi optical glass. Key features:
- Opticalglass for NiSi precision applications. As always, the best optical glass on the market.
- Double apochromatic optical elements
- NiSi Multi-Nano Coating® (NC) treatment, for best sharpness and easy cleaning from water and grease (such as fingerprints).
- No significant violet/green color fringing (chromatic aberration)
- diopters +3-4 (between 3 and 4 diopters)
The kit contains everything you need to use and transport the close-up lens:
- 2 adapter rings (72-77mm adapter ring, 67-77mm adapter ring).
- Made of double optical glass with apochromatic design.
- Features a multi-nano coating for enhanced resolution and natural colors
- Virtually no aberration, both in focus and bokeh
- Includes carrying case for transport and storage
The magnification achieved depends on the focal length range of the lens. It is higher for longer focal lengths. The magnification is 1:1 when you focus to 200mm. With the NiSi close-up lens, a telephoto lens with a reduced working distance can be used as a macro lens. We recommend using it with Zoom or fixed focal length lenses in the focal length range of 70-300mm. When using a close-up lens, it is important to know the maximum and minimum distances at which you can focus, as you can only capture a properly focused image within this range. We recommend using the close-up lens with telephoto lenses with an aperture of f8-f16 to achieve the sharpest details.
