Cokin NUANCES Extreme Z-Series ND 1024

The screw-in filter series from Cokin NUANCES represents a particularly innovative technology in filter manufacturing. Thus, a new coating process was developed for the filters, which ensures a uniform and completely neutral density.

The Variable ND filters reach the maximum density of 8 1/2 stops in the ND 2-400 version and are used to reduce the amount of light reaching the camera's sensor. They allow shutter speed to be reduced to achieve motion blur and/or depth of field to be reduced in very bright conditions.

A rotation screw enables smooth rotation of the filter during video recording. It prevents camera shake while filming and better control of light and motion. NUANCES Variable ND filters are made of Schott B270i mineral glass.
