The Nuances Extreme Soft Graduated Kit filters allow up to 2, 3 or 4 stops of light compensation with a smooth transition from the top of the filter to the center. The filters can be stacked to create an even stronger effect without color shift.
All Nuances Extreme filters are made of a new type of tempered optical glass that is four times stronger than that of the previous series. This means that these filters can be used in extreme conditions and withstand inevitable drops, nicks and scratches.

A new coating process ensures uniform density. This process results in stunning neutrality and absolute color consistency across all types and densities in the series. So if you switch from one density or style to another, you'll still get the exact same color results with no adjustments needed.

These filters have industry standard 2mm thick glass with rounded corners for easy insertion into a filter holder. If a translucent seal is required, Cokin recommends using the rear slot of the EVO series filter holders.
