The NiSi Swift Add-On Kit for NiSi Swift True Color VND 1-5 Stops (4 Stop ND + Black Mist 1/4) is the perfect way to expand the capabilities of your NiSi Swift True Color VND 1-5 Stop Variable Filter. With this add-on kit, you can add an ND16 (4 Stop ND) and a Black Mist 1/4 filter to your system, giving you a total of 1-9 stops of filter performance.

The NiSi Swift system works seamlessly with the NiSi True Color 1-5 stop VND Variable ND filter, allowing you to expand your capabilities by adding additional filters simply by pressing them onto the front of the NiSi True Color 1-5 stop VND Variable ND filter.

The high-resolution optical glass and nano-coating on these filters ensure your images are clear and free of distortion, while the waterproof and anti-reflective coating keeps them looking great for years to come. With the included adapter ring, you can mount the ND16 (4 stops) or Black Mist directly to your lens without the True Color 1-5 stops VND variable filter. This set includes the ND16 (4 stop), Black Mist 1/4, adapter ring, lens cap and case.

At 18mm, there is no vignetting when one filter is stacked with the True Color 1-5 stops VND. If you stack all two filters with the True Color 1-5 Stops VND, no vignetting will occur at 20mm. Vignetting may occur at longer focal lengths.

NiSi Filters has developed this unique filter system, the SWIFT, that allows you to convert your TRUE COLOR ND VARIO 1-5 stops (0.3-1.5) into a 5-9 VND True Color by simply sliding in the ND16 and creating a new filter ready to achieve a reduction of light entering the lens from 1 to 9 stops. The filter's characteristics and quality avoid any "X" or "cross effect" that variable ND filters often suffer from.

The unique lens-quality optical glass that has made the NiSi brand famous has also been used for this ND variable. Added to this is the Nano Coating treatment that makes the surface waterproof and resistant to grease and dirt. Cleaning the filters has never been so easy.

The ND16 True Color 4 apertures and the Black Mist 1/4 filters do not have a thread on the lens side*, as NiSi has developed a new Push to Fit system to easily and "quickly" attach the ND16 True Color 4 apertures and the Black Mist 1/4 filters to your TRUE COLOR ND-VARIO 1-5 apertures (0.3-1. 5) and convert it to a TRUE COLOR ND VARIO 5-9 apertures (1.5 - 2.7) with Black Mist effect (1/4 strength) or use it without the True Color ND Vario 1-5 apertures with the Swift System adapter ring in front of your lens by adding the True Color ND 4 apertures and/or the Black Mist 1/4, all for the Swift System filters.

*Thread is only on the front of the filter, if the photographer or videographer wants to stack another threaded filter, they must use the correct thread engraved on the filter.
