Professional Filters - Perfection in the Image

Protect filters are ideally suited to remain permanently on the lens and are therefore the perfect lens protection.

The special wide-mount is particularly suitable for wide-angle lenses, since standard mounts can cause dark image corners (vignetting) due to shading. The attachment of a lens cap is possible through the existing front filter thread.

The surfaces of the filter, which is made of high-quality lens glass, are ground plane-parallel and polished. This guarantees best image sharpness and the filter becomes part of the optical system of the camera.

Reflections are caused by incoming light on glass surfaces, which leads to negative image quality. In addition, a loss of light due to reflections is noticeable. That is why Professional filters are multi-coated. By vapor deposition of ultra-thin, transparent metal compounds, the glass is anti-reflective and reflections are reduced. This guarantees color intensity and contrast enhancement.
