The Profoto Zoom Rod S is a wonderful tool for creative photographers who like to be unconventional with softboxes. With this Zoom rod, which is suitable for both flat fronts and protruding heads, you can shape the light with ease. The RFi Softbox Octa is predestined for use with the Zoom Rod S. Attach the Zoom Rod S to the softbox and use it with or without a diffuser to achieve exactly the look you want. With a diffuser, you get a more even light source that eliminates hotspots without losing power. Without a diffuser, you have more light output and create specular reflections.
