The cine wide-angle lens in a sturdy metal housing is equipped with a stepless aperture ring that has a very smooth movement, so it's ideal for filmmakers. Solid workmanship reliably protects the optics, even when things get a little rough on set. The high-quality optics consisting of 12 elements in 10 groups guarantees excellent distortion control at an angle of view of 100°.

Thanks to a low focus breathing, there is no change of the image section when turning the focus ring and shifting the focus within the image. Together with the very smooth and precise focusing due to the 270° focus thread, this optic makes the heart of filmmakers beat faster. The lens can be adapted to various follow focus devices, this ensures precise focusing during shooting.

Changing the lens

The size, length and diameter of all Cinema lenses in the Vision series are almost the same, and the positions of the focus ring and aperture ring are also the same. This ensures easy and fast exchange of the now 4 optics among each other, which does not require complicated readjustment when changing lenses.

A filter thread of 82mm allows variable use of screw filters or plug-in filter systems. Iris and focus adjustment is manual.
