The 55mm lens for the Fuji GFX medium format camera corresponds to 43mm at KB or exactly the image diagonal and is therefore a normal or standard lens

. The

angle of view is therefore 52 degrees and corresponds to the way the human eye sees

things, making it

perfect as an all-round lens. With only 45mm length and 79mm diameter it is very compact and with 350 grams very light. This makes it ideal for travel.

The

design fits perfectly with all Fuji GFX models, and

the optical construction with 5 elements in 5 groups ensures excellent imaging performance. The focus ring is very precisely adjustable and allows close-up focusing up to 59cm.

The

stepped design between the focus ring and the aperture ring prevents accidental adjustment

, and the aperture

can be set from 5.6 to 22. At f/8, a particularly beautiful 10-ray star results in backlighting.
The 62mm filter thread allows the use of common screw-in filters.
