Outstanding image quality and tonal reproduction

The optical construction of the GF45-100mmF4 R LM OIS WR includes 16 elements in 12 groups. Three aspherical lenses, one Super ED element and one ED element ensure effective correction of aberrations (distortion) as well as spherical and chromatic aberrations. The negative effects of optical focus and chromatic aberration are minimized to the greatest extent possible, resulting in superior resolving power.

Fast and precise autofocus

Due to internal focusing, the weight and size of the focus unit have been reduced. The lens group is moved quickly and precisely by a linear motor, which is particularly quiet in operation.

Optical image stabilization
