The Fujinon XF70-300mm F4-5.6 R LM OIS WR offers a focal length range of 70 to 300mm (equivalent to 107 to 457mm KB) to capture full-frame images of distant or small subjects. A fast autofocus motor, 5.5-stop optical image stabilizer, and weather-resistant body ensure perfect shots in a variety of photographic situations.

With the Fujinon XF1.4X TC WR and Fujinon XF2X TC WR teleconverters, the range of the new tele-Zoom lens can be extended to 600 mm (equivalent to 914 mm KB). Even distant subjects thus appear very close and can be photographed in close-up.

Wide Zoom range in a handy body
The XF70-300mm F4-5.6 is the ideal choice for photographing subjects from a long distance. People or animals can be brought into the picture in a big way, even from a long distance. This makes it possible to take brilliant pictures in many everyday and memorable moments. The optical construction comprises 17 elements in 12 groups, including an aspherical lens and two ED elements to minimize optical aberrations.

Despite its wide focal range and high image quality, the Tele-Zoom lens is surprisingly compact and lightweight, measuring 132.5 mm in length, 75 mm in diameter, and weighing just 580 grams. The Tele-Zoom XF70-300mm F4-5.6 is thus the ideal complement to the standard Zoom XF16-80mm F4 R OIS WR. Together, the two handy lenses offer a comprehensive Zoom range from 24mm to 457mm (equivalent to KB), but are much lighter and more compact than equivalent 35mm lenses.

Compatible with 1.4x and 2.0x teleconverters
The Zoomrange of the XF70-300mm F4-5.6 can be extended by 1.4x and 2.0x with the Fujinon XF1.4X TC WR and Fujinon XF2X TC WR teleconverters, respectively, without reducing the performance of the phase AF. The longest possible focal lengths are thus 630 mm and 914 mm (equivalent to KB), respectively. The speed is reduced accordingly by 1.4 or 2.0 f-stops.

Image stabilization over 5.5 EV steps
The XF70-300mm F4-5.6's Optical Image Stabilizer (OIS) enables sharp freehand shooting even at long focal lengths and in low light. This effectively compensates for camera shake caused by slow shutter speeds over 5.5 EV stops.
When the lens is used on cameras with built-in five-axis image stabilization (IBIS), such as the Fujifilm X-T4 or Fujifilm X-S10, even further stabilization is achieved. The combination of the two systems compensates not only for typical camera shake that occurs during photography, but also for linear shifts such as those that occur when the camera is pulled along or panned.

Fast and quiet autofocus
The autofocus of the XF70-300mm F4-5.6 is based on a fast and quiet linear motor that works in perfect harmony with the advanced AF system of the X series cameras.

Impressive close-ups
With a close-up distance of just 83cm, the XF70-300mm F4-5.6 captures impressive close-ups at 1:2 (equivalent to KB). In relation to the APS-C format, a magnification of 0.33x is achieved. This makes the Zoom lens ideal for capturing full-frame images of smaller objects, such as flower blossoms. When used with the XF2X TC WR teleconverter, magnification doubles to 0.66x, enabling macro photography at 1:1 (equivalent to KB).

Weatherproof design
Ten seals protect the interior from moisture and dust, ensuring that the lens can be used in freezing temperatures down to minus 10 degrees Celsius.
