The XCD 3.5-4.5/35 75 Zoom lens is the ninth lens in the X-System lens lineup. The lens delivers the same outstanding image quality and edge-to-edge sharpness as the fixed focal length XCD lenses. This particular high-performance lens covers the focal length range from light wide-angle to light telephoto. Internal focusing keeps the length of the lens constant, provides fast focus, and keeps the overall weight low.

This makes it ideal for photographers who want to shoot landscapes or portraits, but don't want to carry a lot of equipment for their travels and don't want to compromise on image quality. As with all other XCD lenses, the XCD 35-75 features a leaf shutter with exposure times between 68 minutes and 1/2000 of a second - with continuous flash sync.
