Nikon Nikkor Z 26mm f2.8
Where will you take great photos next? Whether on familiar roads or new, unexplored paths, there's something to discover everywhere. The Z bayonet pancake lens is perfect for crisp images, whether as a fast wide-angle lens for street scenes or a lightweight everyday lens wide enough for landscapes, interiors, and more.
Premium street photography that unobtrusively impresses
The NIKKOR Z 26mm f2.8 lens is extremely unobtrusive and defines discretion in a new way. Weighing about 125 g and measuring approximately 23.5 mm in length, the small fixed focal length lens is virtually invisible. When shooting street photos or spontaneous portraits, your models will no longer feel intimidated by the lens size - if they notice it at all.
Flexible focal length of 26mm
A focal length of 26mm lets you shoot photos and videos that capture a wider scene, even in tight spaces, to open up new perspectives. When it comes to fine details, the lens' close focus distance is an advantage, allowing you to focus sharply on the subject from a distance of just 20 cm.
Dynamic wide-angle lens
Thanks to the high light transmission of the Z bayonet and a f/2.8 aperture, this camera lets you shoot clearly and sharply even in low light. The short exposure times allow you to freeze motion without reducing brightness. You can also create artistic bokeh by focusing on subjects at close distances.
The NIKKOR Z 26mm f2.8 is the thinnest wide-angle lens in the Nikon-Z series, and the included lens hood doesn't make it any bigger. You can put the hood on to protect the front lens, and the lens still fits comfortably in a pocket. You can also attach 52mm filters to the hood to expand your creative options. The lens has a solid metal bayonet and is protected against dust and water droplet ingress. It is also suitable for filming as it offers a wide field of view and minimal "focus breathing". It is versatile for everything from wide shots to interviews to capture an authentic atmosphere
