With its lightweight and compact design, the concept of the SIGMA Contemporary 150-600mm F5-6.3 DG OS HMS is designed to deliver the best possible optical performance in the action segment to meet the needs of professional photographers.

Featuring one FLD glass element and three SLD glass elements, the focus is on delivering high optical performance, optimizing the lens' power distribution and minimizing lateral chromatic aberration. For a super-telephoto Zoom lens, image quality in the telephoto range is what matters most, and this one offers excellent performance here. In addition, distortion is very well compensated over the entire focal length range.

To make this super-telephoto Zoom lens even more portable for hands-free outdoor shooting, it is dust and splash resistant and comes with a detachable tripod clamp for better usability.

Sigma USB Dock / Canon

With this USB Dock, the current SIGMA lenses of the product series (C - Contemporary, A - Art, S - Sports) can be customized to the personal needs of each photographer.
For this purpose, we have developed a special software (SIGMA Optimization Pro), which updates the lens firmware and allows, for example, to adjust focus parameters. For the lenses of the Sports product line, for example, the AF speed, a focus range limiter and the OS function can be individualized.

Just connect the USB Dock to a PC and use the easy-to-use on-screen menu controls to customize just "his" lens to personal preferences.
