The very compact, robust and fast fixed focal length for APS-C cameras is one of the most affordable autofocus lenses in its class. It impresses with its fast response, excellently balanced optical properties, beautiful bokeh and very small dimensions.

The lens has a nine-stop aperture and 10 lens elements spread across 9 groups, consisting of one element with extremely low dispersion and two lenses with a high refractive index. These ensure balanced contrast and sharpness properties. Screw-in filters with a diameter of 52mm fit into the front thread of the lens.
