Externally, the Voigtländer 35 mm / 1:1.4 Nokton VM II remains almost unchanged from its predecessor, the most striking changes relate exclusively to the inner workings. The optical design has been recalculated and adapted to the requirements of the sensors of modern digital cameras. Furthermore, the optical calculation was optimized with the aim of improving focus accuracy when using "Live View". The image characteristics at open aperture with the beautiful and soft bokeh remain as with the predecessor.
The Voigtländer 35 mm / 1:1.4 Nokton VM II can also be easily used with numerous current digital cameras with MFT or E bayonet by means of an adapter.
