Set new standards in super telephoto photography with the M.Zuiko Digital ED 150 - 400 mm F4.5 TC1.25x IS PRO from Olympus. The integrated teleconverter enables focal lengths of up to 1,000 mm (35 mm equivalent) with a constant aperture of F5.6. Particularly astonishing: despite its enormous Zoompower, it weighs just 1,875 g and is 314.3 mm long. Thanks to an integrated powerful 5-axis Sync-IS, it offers the world's most powerful movement compensation of 8 EV steps - perfect for super telephoto hand-held shots. Less is more. Simply take carefree photos. The ultra Zoom revolution has begun.
Highest optical performance
The M.Zuiko Digital ED 150-400mm F4.5 TC1.25x IS PRO is the culmination of Olympus optical technologies developed over many years. A total of 28 elements in 18 groups include large diameter EDA lenses and 4 Super ED lenses for excellent clarity across the entire Zoom range at a constant aperture of F4.5. Olympus's unique Nano Z-coating reduces ghosting and flare for clear, high-quality images in challenging shooting conditions.
Powerful lens-internal stabilization
Designed for handheld photography, this Pro lens is equipped with lens image stabilization and supports 5-axis synchronization (Sync IS), which increases correction with a compatible camera up to 8 EV stops. It enables precise, clear subject capture in any Zoom range. Previously difficult super telephoto shots are now easier than ever.
Built-in teleconverter
With a teleconverter built into the lens, the ED 150-400mm F4.5 TC1.25x IS PRO extends the focal length by 1.25x for 1000mm* when shooting at max. F5.6. The on/off switch lever of the built-in teleconverter with lock enables quick and easy switching. Extend the focal length up to 1400mm* with the MC-14 or 2000mm* with the MC-20 teleconverter while maintaining the high optical performance of the master lens.

Amazing shooting possibilities
Whether super telephoto or tele macro, the ED 150-400mm F4.5 TC1.25x IS PRO covers a wide range of shooting possibilities from 150mm to 500mm (300mm- 1000mm*). Not only can it zoom in close to distant subjects, it can also adjust the focal length to suit your shooting requirements, giving you exactly the setup you have in mind. The minimum focal length of 1.3 meters and a magnification of 0.36x (0.71x*) are ideal for taking pictures of living creatures and plants. The lens also supports focus stacking.

Reliable weatherproof housing
The dust-, splash- and frost-proof sealing according to the IPX-1 standard known from Olympus is also a matter of course with this Pro lens. The fluorine coating on the front lens makes the smooth surface more scratch-resistant and easier to wipe clean. The white heat-resistant coating reflects infrared sunlight and keeps the optical performance consistently high even in hot temperatures
*in conjunction with a compatible dust-, splash- and frost-proof camera.
Optimal control for hand-held shooting
Concentrate on your subject and your shot while changing settings with ease. The super telephoto M.Zuiko Digital ED 150-400mm F4.5 TC1.25x IS PRO is equipped with control elements. These include a rubberized Zoom/focus ring for fine adjustment, a preset focus memory to save your preferred focus position, a switch to change between different functions and a focus limiter switch that allows you to quickly switch between 3 levels of autofocus.
Highest autofocus results
No matter how fast your subject is, this Super Telephoto Pro lens will get you the quality shot you want. As you would expect from any renowned M.Zuiko digital lens, it delivers fast and highly accurate autofocus across the Zoomrange. This is thanks to Olympus's proprietary lens thinning technology, which makes focusing lenses lighter. There is virtually no change in focusing speed, even when using the built-in teleconverter.
Unique portability
The ED 150-400mm F4.5 TC1.25x IS PRO is one of the lightest in its class, weighing less than 2kg - giving you the freedom to be as flexible as possible. A robust magnesium alloy combined with lightweight carbon fiber reinforced plastic provides stability and control. The inner Zoom and focusing system remains the same length over the entire Zoom range, so the lens balance always remains constant.
