Ricoh Theta Z1 customer return
The 360° full-sphere camera Ricoh Theta Z1 captures impressive images with a resolution of 6720x3360 (approx. 23 MP) and the latest stitching technology. Thanks to "Backside Illumination" technology, the images from the two 1" inch sensors show very little noise, even in poor lighting conditions indoors or at night.
The newly developed lens unit stands for high image quality with low stray light or ghost images. Various shooting programs are available for different shooting conditions.
With the THETA Z1, the video recording quality is significantly better than its predecessor models. With a 4K resolution (3,840 x 1,920 pixels, 56 Mbps and 30 fps), excellent and realistic 360° full-sphere recordings are possible. In addition to the standard JPEG format, photos can now also be captured as RAW files, enabling professional image editing. In conjunction with a computer, 360° live transmission in 4K (3,840 x 1,920 pixels) is possible.
Four built-in microphones allow sound recording on four individual channels.
This is synchronized with the image view and assigned to the recording direction. This enables ambient sound to be recorded from the same direction as the currently displayed image section.
A Qualcomm "Snapdragon™" processor improves the transmission speed for images and videos in the THETA Z1.
Design - 360° shots always and everywhere
- High robustness thanks to the use of a magnesium alloy for the housing
Despite the large recording sensor and high performance, the housing dimensions are very small.
The OLED display shows status information, such as battery charge level or shooting mode.
