Please use the included AC charging cable for fast charging. Do not use any other cables for charging. Connect it directly to an AC wall socket and make sure the wall output current is more than 15A. Otherwise, reduce the charging speed of the device with the AC charging speed switch. EcoFlow assumes no responsibility for any consequences caused by failure to follow the instructions, including but not limited to charging with other AC charging cables.
