Gitzo Mountaineer tripod GT1542 4 segments

Professional shots are made possible with this sturdy tripod. The "GT1542" from Gitzo is 1.28 kg light and has 25.3 mm thick legs made of carbon eXact, each of which has 4 segments. It is extendable up to 159 cm and when closed it is 54 cm long. You can load the tripod with up to 10 kg. DSLR cameras with lens attached (135 to 200 mm) are recommended for use.

For outstanding macro shots or from other alternative shooting positions, you can simply reposition the center column. Additional weight can be attached to a hook so that the tripod stands securely even in strong winds or off-road. There is a selector switch on the legs with a spring that allows you to adjust the angles to 24, 55 or 82°.
