Als Reisestativ scheint mir das Beefree live eine gute Wahl zu sein.
Sehr praktisch finde ich den Kugelkopf zum horizontalen Justieren, das geht schnell und recht exakt. Der Fluidkopf läuft butterweich; auch bei meiner Panasonic X1500 (1.1kg).
Die (recht schwere) Kameraplatte ist gesichert und wird im Falle eines Vertauschens der Fixierungsschrauben (ist mir passiert) nicht samt Kamera auf den Boden knallen.
Leider ist der komplette Aufbau ab Basis aufwärts mit meiner X1500 doch etwas kopflastig, sodass es ein wenig wackelt, wenn man die Zoomwippe bei ausgefahrenen 600mm Brennweite betätigt - ein Wackler im Bild ist fast garantiert. Hier lässt sich sicher mit einer Remote Controle Abhilfe schaffen.
Die Höhenarritierungen an den Beinen lassen sich leicht lösen, wenn man das jeweilige Bein etwas entlastet und nach innen drückt.
Fazit: Dass ein Smartphone für dieses Stativ keine Gewichtsproblem bedeutet, ist klar.
Ein relativ schwerer Camcorder braucht eigentlich auch einen stabilere Videokopf, das bedeutet aber wiederum mehr Gewicht. Für Flugreisen musss man aber zu Kompromissen bereit sein, was mir hier nicht schwer fällt, da die Qualität ansonsten überzeugt.
