The FLUIDTECH video base enables incredibly smooth panning, tilting and rotating movements for shots from a wide variety of perspectives. Thanks to the three retractable feet, the tripod is particularly easy to transport and can be conveniently taken anywhere.

The new aluminum tubes with D-profile ensure greater torsional rigidity of the entire monopod, even when the videographer makes rapid rotational movements. In combination with the quick-release leg locks, which ensure absolutely firm locking on the flat side of the tube, unintentional, jerky movements are avoided. The newly designed cold grip handle offers optimum grip and, together with a special version of the successful Manfrotto 500 video head, gives you total control over the shot.

The powerful MVH500AH video panhead with counterweight system of the MVMXPRO500 tripod set is suitable for heavier equipment such as camcorders with interchangeable lenses. Thanks to a wider support surface, it is also suitable for DSLR cameras with HD video function. The head is extremely light and compact and therefore fits easily into your bag. It has an amazing maximum load capacity of 8 kg. Thanks to the combined fluid control of the 500 head and the FLUIDTECH base, this tripod set is the perfect solution for demanding videographers who are looking for a sophisticated, quick-to-use and user-friendly monopod for their professional shoots. The camera can be attached to the head extremely quickly. The plate is simply inserted from the side and then locked into place (instead of being pushed in from behind).
