Thanks to the carbon tubes, the overall weight of the Rollei C6i tripod has been reduced by a whole quarter. The stability does not suffer, of course, and even benefits from the enormous resistance of carbon in the direction of the fibers. The load-bearing capacity has also not decreased by a single gram. With a total weight of just over one and a half kilograms, the C6i Carbon carries an impressive 12 kg of equipment, which is eight times its own weight, including the 3D ball head

The 3D ball head is equipped with a vertical and a horizontal bubble level, which is easy to read even under poor visibility conditions. The ARCASWISS-compatible quick-release plate not only accommodates professional DSLRs - full-grown camcorders can also be swiveled 360°. The center column was further developed based on the wishes of passionate macro photographers. With a few simple steps, you can turn the central column around and get close to the ground.

If

you prefer to place your camera configuration at the maximum height of 171.5 cm, you can hang your camera bag or photo backpack on the sturdy center column hook to further increase stability.
