The new VANGUARD VEO 3+ is a tripod and monopod in one.

The 360 degree rotating center column makes it our most versatile tripod series ever. With the VEO 3+, we have now succeeded in creating a versatile and intuitive collection that can serve every style of photography, from macro to landscape photography.

The central element here is the MACC (Multi Angle Center Column), a foldable center column that can be used in every conceivable position, with various muti-mount options.

The VEO 3+ 263CB 160S has three-part carbon legs with a diameter of 26 mm, which provide a solid base and are full of functions. The innovative push-button design allows you to easily adjust the legs in three angles (23°, 50° and 80°) to ensure maximum stability in any terrain. Combined with the easy-to-adjust twist locks, you can set the tripod up to its maximum height of 174 cm, all the way to the ground for macro shots or almost anywhere in between.

The tripod also features a leg that can be unscrewed to convert it into a monopod. Simply remove the leg and center column and screw the two together and you have a monopod that can be extended to 182.5 cm.

The easy-to-adjust twist locks only need half a turn to loosen or tighten the locking mechanism, so you can set up your tripod in seconds and lock the legs firmly in place. They are also incredibly easy to clean, so you can use the tripod in more extreme conditions to get the perfect shot, knowing that you can thoroughly clean the legs when you return home to maximize the life of the tripod.

The VEO 3+ 263CB 160S includes a VEO BH-160S Arca-compatible, dual-axis ball head with an oversized locking knob that is easy to operate in all conditions, even with gloves on. This provides the best possible grip, allowing the kit to handle a maximum load capacity of up to 15 kg.

Apart from this, there is a removable hook on the underside of the center column to which additional weight can be attached to improve stability if required. Two of the tripod legs have a special anti-slip attachment, which simplifies handling and handling even in more difficult and possibly awkward situations and provides additional grip.

The scope of delivery also includes interchangeable spike feet, which can be attached to the tripod instead of the rubber feet fitted as standard. This means that even the most challenging terrain is no longer a problem for the tripod.
